Gas freeing of engine room fuel tanks during dry-dock campaign

One (1) 80m3 Diesel Oil fuel tank, to less than 10PPM in 1 hour 42 minutes.

One (1) 100m3 Oil overflow tank to less than 10PPM in 50 minutes.
-
Maintenance workers were able to carry out hot work in the vicinity of these tanks without interruptions from potential spikes of the explosive levels in these tanks.
-
NanoVapor suppression kept the tanks within the OSHA approved threshold level for man entry into confined spaces.
