What we do

NanoVapor offers breakthrough technologies in the industrial management of vapors from Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).  These patented technologies directly address the safety, health, workplace and environmental issues related to vapor management in the Energy and Aviation industries, as related to petroleum-based environmental contamination, product and process efficiency.  Working at the molecular level, NanoVapor products are faster, safer, and greener than any other known methods for management of VOCs.  Its use for rapidly degassing storage tanks has been formally accepted as a Global Procedure Standard Best Practice by Shell.  NanoVapor technologies have potentially limitless applications from the wellhead to the local gas station.

Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) vapors create an inherent safety risk, as operators must reduce the organic vapor concentration below the “Lower Explosive Limit” (LEL), above which the fuel to oxygen ratio allows for combustion.  By suppressing fuel evaporation, you minimize the time people spend in an explosive environment. NanoVapor can significantly reduce risk of fire, explosion, and the amount of time using a flare.  Ultimately, NanoVapor decreases the time required to make the tank safe.
